Personal Training is a great way to ensure your efforts in fitness and human performance are maximized. PRICES:
PRIVATE SESSIONS: $75 one-on-one, and $90 for two-person training
MONTHLY SEMI-PRIVATE: (At times you may be training with someone else, but your training will still be focused on YOUR needs. This is a fun way to
train, and is less expensive than scheduling a private session.)
$65 per session if training 1-2 times per week.
$60 per session if training 3+ times per week.
2-PERSON TRAINING: (This pricing option is for two people who will commit to training together at every session. It is billed as a single unit, so if one
of the people misses a session, it is still the same price.)
$90 per session if training 1 time per week.
$80 per session if training 2+ times per week.
GROUP TRAINING: call for pricing
WRITTEN TRAINING PROGRAMS: call for pricing.
* The monthly rates are paid at the beginning of the month in full based on the amount of times per week the client agrees to train. If the client misses a session, for any reason, and the client can’t find a time that works for the trainer to make it up, the client loses the session. If the trainer misses a session and it’s not made up, the client will be reimbursed for that session or the next month’s fees will be prorated.
